Shipping and Handling Policy

Shipments are made Monday-Thursday from 8:00am-12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.

All orders made after that time will ship the following business day. We now offer Ground, Second Day, and Next Day Air Shipping (Saturday NDA delivery is not available online). For non-stock items, please allow 3-5 business days before shipping from PowerTech.

Please note that PowerTech uses UPS and can only ship to a physical address. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

TRACKING NUMBERS

When you place an order on our website, you'll receive a copy of the receipt and tracking on your order. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive an email. If you need to contact our Shipping Department about an order, please fill out the form below.
